Amplify Events is an independent, family-owned entertainment company proudly based in Annapolis, Maryland. Founded by siblings Chris Hartman and Liz Rawlings, our mission is simple: to amplify live music, foster community spirit, and spotlight the vibrant culture of greater Annapolis.

The Beginning

Chris and Liz are lifelong music lovers whose shared passion for concerts and connection sparked the creation of Let’s Go! Music Festival in 2021. After years of chasing great live shows, they decided to build a festival “in their own backyard”—to give their hometown access to unforgettable experiences. Over five years, they’ve curated lineups spanning genres from indie to rock, punk-pop to nostalgia acts, always listening to fans and letting that guide their programming.

What We Do

Let’s Go! Music Festival is our signature event: a multi-day celebration at the Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds featuring eclectic headliners, emerging talent, and local favorites
Beyond national acts, we champion the local music scene—one year, dedicating an entire stage to local artists—because Annapolis is rich with musical talent
We pair the live-music energy with Annapolis’ best food vendors and chefs, curating menus that complement the festival’s friendly, neighborhood feel

Community-First Hospitality: We strive to create an intimate, welcoming vibe—whether you're grooving at the main stage or grabbing a bite nearby, you feel part of something special.
Inclusivity & Family-Orientation: Let’s Go! has always been all-ages, where fathers, sons, grandsons—and grandchildren—can share the experience.
Sustainability: Partnering with organizations like the Surfrider Foundation, we offer free refillable water stations to reduce single-use plastic.

Highlights from Past Festivals

Since its inception, Let’s Go! has seen standout performances from major names such as 311, Goo Goo Dolls, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Taking Back Sunday, Bush, The Revivalists, Gin Blossoms, +LIVE+, Dashboard Confessional, Cold War Kids, and in 2025, a lineup featuring Third Eye Blind, Young The Giant, Milky Chance, Hot Mulligan, plus over 15 national and local bands across two stages.
